Yorkshire Pudding
Ingredients
- 50g Almond Flour
- 100g Arrowroot Flour
- 200ml Almond Milk
- 4 eggs
- Tbsp. Ghee
- Tsp. salt
- Pinch pepper
- ½ Tsp. herbs
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Grease muffin tray (I suggest using a silicone tray)
- Mix all ingredients together well!
- I use a stick blender, but a whisk or spoon is fine. Just make sure you get out all the lumps
- Have a Jug or bowl handy, which is easy to pour into the muffin trays
- Make sure the muffin tray is pre-heated to 180 degrees
- Once the oil is sizzling, pour batter about 1/3 to 1/2 way up the muffin cup depending how big you want to make them
- Bake for 30-40 min. To make them extra crispy leave them in the oven for another 10-15 minutes on 150 degrees
