Yorkshire Pudding


  • 50g Almond Flour
  • 100g Arrowroot Flour
  • 200ml Almond Milk
  • 4 eggs
  • Tbsp. Ghee
  • Tsp. salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • ½ Tsp. herbs


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Grease muffin tray (I suggest using a silicone tray)
  3. Mix all ingredients together well!
  4. I use a stick blender, but a whisk or spoon is fine. Just make sure you get out all the lumps
  5. Have a Jug or bowl handy, which is easy to pour into the muffin trays
  6. Make sure the muffin tray is pre-heated to 180 degrees
  7. Once the oil is sizzling, pour batter about 1/3 to 1/2 way up the muffin cup depending how big you want to make them
  8. Bake for 30-40 min. To make them extra crispy leave them in the oven for another 10-15 minutes on 150 degrees
  9. Makes 8-12
