Saying What Is So

 Feelings are what you feel, while emotions are your reactions to your feelings. Feelings left unexpressed build up and can create dis-ease in the body for they take up space inside and keep healthy energy from flowing. The more you learn to accept and acknowledge your feelings, the less time you will spend in emotional turmoil and the more energy you will have to live life. The more you learn to accept and honour your feelings, the safer I will become to express them.


In this guided meditation, wholeness is nurtured by accepting, acknowledging and expressing your feelings.


Energy Web


Creativity nurtures, creativity reweaves the tears in our vitality, creativity heals. It is our birthright and our lifeblood; it makes us healthy and happy. So find the time, make the time, create the time to be creative. It is time to stoke the fire, time to let your creative energy flow. Stop using your creativity to find reasons not to create. Create!


In this guided meditation, wholeness is nurtured when you open to your creativity and live it.
