Paleo Bread
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups almond flour or almond meal
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
- Pinch of salt
- Herbs of choice – eg. thyme and rosemary, roughly chopped
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Method
- Pre heat oven to 160C
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Then add the wet ingredients
- Place in a well-greased cake tin
- Cook for about 25-30
