Trigenics

Trigenics is a technique which uses the assessment and treatment of muscles and their associated nerves to help relieve pain, increase strength and movement, and enhance performance.

It uses muscle strength testing to determine poor nerve communication and unbalanced muscle-pull patterns, and then provides specific treatment to the muscle to restore normal muscle function. Sometimes adjustments of the spine are not enough to restore muscle imbalances. This is where Trigenics becomes a very useful tool.

Trigenics is non-forceful and suitable for patients, including children and seniors. It is also an excellent alternative to, or works well in combination with spinal joint adjustments.

Trigenics is currently practiced by over 2000 doctors, therapists and trainers in 20 countries worldwide. The complex procedures used in Trigenics are believed to retrain the way the brain communicates its movement and/or pain signals with the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints of the body.
