Sharon Flynn is undoubtedly one of Australia’s leading Fermentation Experts. Her company, The Fermentary produces an award-winning milk kefir, and supplies many of Australia’s leading restaurants including the Wolf-Tasker’s 2 Chefs Hats restaurant, ‘Lake House’ in Daylesford, Victoria.

Alan was lucky enough to visit Sharon at The Fermentary over Easter and see her inspiring work first-hand. He had to book her in for this special workshop at our Centre to personally share some of her fermenting knowledge with our practice members.

This is an incredible, VALUED-PACKED opportunity for those people who really want to learn the art of fermentation.

Workshop Details – Sunday, 2nd July, 11am-3.30pm
11.00am – 1.00pm Scobys, Water/Milk Kefir, Kombucha, Jun (green tea/honey)
1.00pm – 1.30pm Lunch is included
1.30pm – 3.30 pm Wild Fermentation of Vegies
You will ALSO receive a Scoby of your choice to get your fermenting endeavours underway – choose from Kombucha or Jun!

Water and Milk Kefir will be available for purchase on the day, as well as copies of Sharon’s new book, Ferment for Good.
