Paleo Bread

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour or almond meal
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • Pinch of salt
  • Herbs of choice – eg. thyme and rosemary, roughly chopped
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Method

    1. Pre heat oven to 160C
    2. Mix dry ingredients together
    3. Then add the wet ingredients
    4. Place in a well-greased cake tin
    5. Cook for about 25-30
